The Good Life Home Co. guarantees that all workmanship for plumbing, handyman, water filtration system installations, and holiday light services performed by our licensed professionals will be free from defects for three (3) years from the date of service completion. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected work at no additional cost to the customer, provided the issue is reported in writing to The Good Life Home Co. within 30 days of discovery.
The service was performed by our authorized technicians and not modified by third parties.
The defect is due to our workmanship and not caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or external factors (e.g., natural disasters, hard water damage beyond filtration system capacity).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover materials (covered by manufacturer warranties), normal wear and tear, or damages from improper use or unauthorized repairs.
We will inspect within 7 business days and resolve claims within 30 days, per Colorado law.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable unless approved in writing by The Good Life Home Co.
